The development has now received an occupancy permit, meaning residents can soon collect the keys to their new apartments. The development is located in the very center of Łódź, at the intersection of Senatorska and Dębowa Streets, just a few hundred meters from Piotrkowska Street. The project is surrounded by century-old oak trees, in an area listed in the register of historical monuments. Therefore, the layout of the new development and the selection of materials required consultation with the Provincial Conservator of Monuments. Apartamenty Dębowa – 134 apartments of various layouts and sizes (from studios to four-room apartments) – all units with access to a balcony, loggia, or terrace; 6 commercial units on the ground floor; A parking garage with 144 parking spaces.
