We submitted the detailed design documentation for Building 1 of the complex of residential buildings with commercial spaces in Krakow on Wielicka Street (Dom Development). We also completed design work on a multi-family residential development with commercial units in Łódź (Epol Holding), and construction began on a single-family house using CLT technology in Kraków (private investor). Simultaneously, for clients planning to buy or sell properties, we performed land-use analyses, development feasibility studies, preliminary concepts, and potential risk analyses. We have begun work on new projects, which you will hear more about in 2026! We actively participated in conferences and panel discussions, acting as experts, emphasizing our commitment to the development of architecture and sustainable construction.
