The deadline for submitting and opening bids is scheduled for May 15. Construction work should start in autumn at the latest and will last two years. The cost of constructing the complex of office buildings, the necessary infrastructure and land development will be about PLN 240 million. The investment will be financed by a bank loan taken out by RCA. The complex of buildings to be constructed at the Grzeg\u00f3rzeckie Roundabout will be the first fully ecological and certified complex of office buildings in Poland, which already at the planning stage was subjected to a multi-criteria BREEAM environmental assessment and was certified at the Excellent level. A Krakow-Katowice consortium of offices is responsible for the project, selected in an international architectural competition: Horizone Studio (authors of the design of buildings A and B and the development of the site) and Ma\u0142eccy Biuro Projektowe (authors of the design of building C). The development of the area and the foreground of the buildings along Powstania Warszawskiego Avenue has been fully linked to the Superpath project, which envisions coherent development of the area between the Mogilskie and Grzeg\u00f3rzeckie traffic circles. The plazas and spaces between the buildings will be filled with greenery and benches.
