As part of the annual campaign, BRE recognizes the world&#8217;s most interesting projects that have received a BREEAM certificate in a given year and set new standards in people- and environment-friendly construction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.breeam.com\/textorial-park-office\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u21d2 Read more on the BREEAM website<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Textorial Park II is a complex of three buildings with office and retail functions and a total leasable area of about 26,000 sqm, to be built on the site of the famous Ksi\u0119\u017cy M\u0142yn in Lodz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The investment involves the revitalization of two historic buildings of former cotton warehouses adapted for retail and service functions, complemented by a modern office building.
