We are pleased to announce that construction work on the D\u0119bowa Apartments project, designed by Horizone Studio<\/a> <\/strong>and developed by Epol Holding, was completed in July. The development has now received an occupancy permit, meaning residents can soon collect the keys to their new apartments. The development is located in the very center of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, at the intersection of Senatorska and D\u0119bowa Streets, just a few hundred meters from Piotrkowska Street. The project is surrounded by century-old oak trees, in an area listed in the register of historical monuments. Therefore, the layout of the new development and the selection of materials required consultation with the Provincial Conservator of Monuments.<\/p>\n
