We also completed design work on a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/horizone.com.pl\/en\/project\/multi-family-housing-development-with-service-premises-in-lodz\/\">multi-family residential development with commercial units in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a<\/a><\/strong> (Epol Holding), and construction began on a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/horizone.com.pl\/en\/project\/single-family-home-two-worlds\/\">single-family house using CLT technology in Krak\u00f3w<\/a><\/strong> (private investor).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Simultaneously, for clients planning to buy or sell properties, we performed land-use analyses, development feasibility studies, preliminary concepts, and potential risk analyses.
