SILO, as the first residential project in Poland and the first predominantly residential development in Central Europe, has received a <strong>BREEAM Communities <\/strong>certificate<strong>.<\/strong> Convenient public transportation, smart waste management, low-carbon energy and buildings made of green materials, all surrounded by greenery and without cars visible from behind the window.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The design and implementation is to take into account the unique advantages of the location in the vicinity of park and forest areas, and follow the principle of creating green and healthy living spaces. The SILO will ultimately create about 2,400 apartments for 4,700 residents.
