The residential and service investment project was developed with the dynamically developing Zab\u0142ocie district in Krak\u00f3w in mind, in the vicinity of the green areas of the Family Allotment Gardens “P\u0142asz\u00f3w”. The concept assumed maximum use of the advantages of the location and creation of a space providing future residents with a high quality of life. A major advantage is the view, to the north, of the Ws\u0142a River. The conditions of the plot and its geographical layout meant that the most rational design solution was to form a compact frontage of development along Portowa Street, creating a development quarter approximately 70 m long.
