Multi-family housing development with service premises on the ground floor, creating a fragment of the city quarter in the historical urban fabric. The complex is located at the intersection of Brzozowa and Senatorska streets in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a.<\/p>\n
The building was planned as a 6-storey building with one underground floor. The investment includes 140 apartments and 7 service and commercial premises located on the ground floor. Two residential segments of the building are serviced by two independent staircases with elevators.<\/p>\n
A central entrance was designed from the side of Brzozowa Street, which also serves as a fire route and entrance to the courtyard. The courtyard was divided into a publicly accessible part and a semi-private part – available only to residents. Inside the block, the area was planned to be developed with greenery, small architectural elements and places for relaxation. Ground-floor apartments have access to private gardens, while the premises on the first floors are equipped with balconies and terraces.<\/p>\n
The designed development complements the existing and newly shaped city block in the downtown layout, harmoniously fitting into the historical context of the Nowa \u0141\u00f3dka housing estate, which is under conservation protection. The building’s elevations, shaped in accordance with the recommendations of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments, were divided vertically and horizontally to refer to the rhythm of the neighboring tenement houses.
