The development complex project includes the construction of three multi-family residential buildings with commercial and retail units, underground garages and landscaping. The floors 1-6 locally also include commercial units. The site is located in the southern part of Krakow. It is a dynamically developing neighborhood, which makes the location particularly attractive for both the residential and service parts of the planned buildings. The location provides excellent communication with other parts of the city thanks to the proximity of public transportation (buses, streetcars) and the road network.
Entrances to the buildings are planned from the side of the internal square with comfortable pedestrian routes and greenery, where the entrances to the commercial premises are also located. Half of the roofs will be made as intensive green roofs, and pots for trees and shrubs are planned on the roof of the service section above the first floor, which will reduce noise nuisance from the street.
The building complex will be served by a system of internal roads and pedestrian and roadways, with three exits to public roads. The traffic system has been conceived in such a way as to minimize car traffic inside the complex. In the central part of the project, between buildings 1 and 2, car traffic will be calmed down, creating a friendly pedestrian space with forecourts for food and other services.
The facades of the buildings will be made of modern materials, the facades on the side of the main roads will be finished with light gray ceramic tiles, and the first floors and the areas of the entrances to the residential parts will be highlighted with higher-quality materials.
