In 2024, we started cooperation with KKPW regarding ZPI and Lex developer, we completed the interior design and author’s supervision for the newly opened Radisson RED hotel in Krakow, we worked dynamically on the investment Apartamenty Dębowa (Epol Holding) in Łódź, and the ATAL Nowe Miasto Polesie housing estate received an occupancy permit. At the same time, for Clients planning to buy or sell real estate, we performed analyses of land absorption, analyses of development possibilities, preliminary concepts and analyses of potential risks. We started work on new projects, which you will hear more about in 2025!
