In 2025, the Dębowa Apartments investment in Łódź (Epol Holding) received an occupancy permit. We submitted the detailed design documentation for Building 1 of the complex of residential buildings with commercial spaces in Krakow on Wielicka Street (Dom Development). We also completed design work on a multi-family residential development with commercial units in Łódź (Epol Holding), and construction began on a single-family house using CLT technology in Kraków (private investor).
Simultaneously, for clients planning to buy or sell properties, we performed land-use analyses, development feasibility studies, preliminary concepts, and potential risk analyses. We have begun work on new projects, which you will hear more about in 2026!
