The 10th edition of 4 Design Days, one of the most important meetings for the architecture, design, and real estate industries in Central and Eastern Europe, took place at the International Congress Center in Katowice on January 22-23.
This year’s edition brought together 120 partners and sponsors, 270 speakers, and nearly 6,000 business guests. The event program included numerous sessions, debates, and presentations, accompanied by exhibitions of products, technologies, and innovative design solutions.
Bartłomiej Kisielewski, partner at Horizone Studio, participated as an expert in the panel discussion “The Second Life of the City.” During the discussion, he also presented the assumptions of the Masterplan for Wesoła, one of the key urban initiatives shaping the future of Krakow. The panel provided an opportunity for an inspiring conversation about adaptive reuse and heritage revitalization, that is, how to give existing urban structures new functions and real social and economic value.

4 Design Days is a unique platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences, connecting industry leaders from across Europe. This year’s edition, held under the slogan “A Journey into the Future of Architecture and Design”, once again became a space for inspiring conversations about responsible design, place identity and sustainable development.
