At Rydlówka Street a complex of two multi-family residential buildings is being built, with a total of 65 apartments. The buildings with commercial premises on the ground have 7 above-ground floors and a one-level underground garage. At the beginning of 2024, the R40 residential development at Rydlówka Street in Krakow has been put into use. All premises in the Rydlówka 40 investment designed by Horizone Studio were sold before construction was completed.
