Rydlówka 40 is a residential investment located at ul. Rydlówka in Krakow, comprising two six-story buildings with 65 apartments ranging from 41 m² to 124 m² and a commercial space of approx. 70 m². Each apartment has at least one balcony, and the ground floor apartments have gardens of over 100 meters.
The investment, commissioned at the beginning of 2024, was sold in its entirety before the construction was completed.
The choice of the exterior and interior colours of the buildings was based on the historical connections of the area, and more precisely to the sports team RKS Garbarnia Kraków, whose pitches are located near the investment. The colours harmonize on the neighbouring buildings, creating a coherent aesthetic. The materials used are high-quality enamelled coloured external ceramics and light plasters.
A definite advantage of the investment is its central location. The buildings are situated on the quiet Rydlówka Street, between the main communication arteries of Krakow: ul. Wadowicka and ul. Kapelanka. Nearby there is an extensive network of tram and bus lines, numerous commercial and service infrastructure and office buildings. Green areas are available in close proximity – including the Wilga River Park with a bicycle path and Zakrzówek Park.
