On Monday, December 14, in the Cricoteka building, a ceremony took place to settle the contest for children “The house and garden of my dreams,” which has been organized for several years by the Malopolska Chamber of Architects of Poland, with the cooperation of associations, companies and individuals.
Horizone Studio for the fourth time sponsored part of the prizes for the kids who participated in the contest.
This year’s edition of the competition received 1080 works in the form of excellent drawings, of which the Jury awarded as many as 107 best works!
Among the visions of dream houses there were houses in the shape of a soccer, a dog, a spaceship, and many, many other interesting and unprecedented ideas. The contest for the time being is not a realization contest, so the grand prizes included building blocks for building and playing.
On behalf of Horizone Studio, the prizes were presented by Krystian Wawer. The competition was organized as part of the 2015 Architecture Education Days in Malopolska. Next year we hope another edition and more excitement.
