Construction of the ATAL New City Polesie III development in Lodz designed by Horizone Studio has begun. The development is planned in the area of the Pienista/Maczka Street intersection. The 6 buildings of the first stage will include 140 apartments and 40 commercial units. At the same time, the sale of apartments of this stage of the project has begun.
Horizone Studio is currently preparing the detailed design of the next stage consisting of another 8 buildings.
The design of the New Town Polesie development implements the concept of synergy of architecture and functionality, at the same time blending harmoniously with the surrounding landscape and taking full advantage of the location’s potential. The open, unfenced and well-thought-out architectural layout of the third stage of the estate integrates residents on the one hand, and creates a sense of privacy and comfort on the other.
