We are pleased to announce that after several months of intensive work, we have delivered to the investor the complete, multi-discipline detailed design documentation for the first building of the “Osiedle przy Wielicka” investment in Krakow. This is a key moment in the entire process – we can now move on to the next stage. “Osiedle przy Wielicka” is a complex of modern residential buildings with commercial premises and shops on the ground floor, located directly adjacent to the new University Hospital. The project promises to create a unique, functional, and resident-friendly destination in Krakow.
We sincerely thank the industry designers from CEGroup, GSBK, LandArch, ARG, and ArchAkustik for their professionalism, commitment, and cooperation at every stage of the documentation preparation. Thanks to this joint effort, a solid foundation was created for the smooth implementation of the project.
