The Festival of Architecture, organized by Eurobuild Conferences in cooperation with the Association of Polish Architects (SARP), is more than a conference – it’s a FESTIVAL OF ARCHITECTURE, attended by architects, design offices, interior designers, developers, investors, tenants, or manufacturers of building materials.
Horizone Studio was invited as one of the experts to the panel discussion “Smart Buildings and Smart Cities”.
The topic of the panel Smart buildings and Smart cities:
What are the characteristics of buildings described as smart? Is it about technology, functionality or impact on the environment? Can particular features of buildings change cities? Is the change triggered by a single masterpiece or a widely adopted standard (e.g. Bilbao effect vs. sustainable certification). What strategy would be appropriate for Polish cities to be called smart in English?
The 1st Architecture Festival featured a series of panel discussions with distinguished guests – representatives of various professions related to design, development, construction and from the world of science.
