  1. The Operator of the Site and the Administrator of the Personal Data of the users of the Site is Horizone Studio spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. K., with its registered office at 7/11 Dolnych Młynów Street in Cracow, Poland, with NIP number: 676 254 89 00, REGON: 380203964 (“ADO” i.e. Personal Data Administrator).
  2. The Site performs the functions of obtaining information about the users of the Site (“Users”, l. singular: “User”) and their behavior as follows:
  • by storing cookies (so-called “cookies”) in the end devices,
  • by collecting web server logs by the hosting operator.

General provisions

  1. The privacy policy specifies how the personal data of Users necessary to provide services electronically via the horizone.com.pl website are collected, processed and stored.
  2. The website collects only the personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered therein. Every effort is made to keep information about Users private.
  3.   • demand the rectification of their personal data that is incorrect and the completion of incomplete personal data,demand the deletion of their personal data, in particular in the event that you revoke your consent to processing, when there is no other legal basis for processing,
  • demand restriction of processing of your personal data,
  • to object to the processing of your data, on grounds of your particular situation, in cases where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes,
  • to transfer your personal data,
  • lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

To the extent that data is processed on the basis of consent – Users have the right to withdraw their consent to data processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to our mailing address or e-mail address.

Final provision

  1. ADO has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but Users’ rights will not be restricted.
  2. Information about the changes will appear in the form of an announcement available on the Administrator’s website.
  3. In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of RODO and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
