Office and residential complex in Łódź

The subject of the conceptual design is a complex of office and residential buildings in the area of former factory buildings in Łódź. In the concept proposed by Horizone Studio, the complex consisted of three buildings:

• a representative building with an office function, created as a combination of a modern, glass structure with the adaptation and revitalization of a historic brick building,
• two newly designed residential buildings.

The project assumes the use of the advantages of the plot while respecting its historical context, which is represented by the remains of post-industrial buildings located at the front of the plot.
