“(…) The planned complex of buildings was designed as class A office buildings, in accordance with Modern Office Standards Polska (…). The planned investment at the design stage was subjected to multi-criteria ecological certification according to the BREEAM standard, obtaining the BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate. For the planned investment, on November 20, 2015, the Mayor of Krakow issued the final decision, building permit no. 2984/2015. Design of the UMWM building complex at al. Pokoju in Kraków in October 2016 received the PLGBC Green Building Award 2016 in the “Best ecological public sector building” category”.
