The largest jointly implemented projects are the Textorial Park II office and service complex project in Księży Młyn in Łódź and the SILO ecological district in Jaworzno. Textorial Park II received the BREEAM Excellent certificate and at the time of certification it was the highest rated office facility in Poland according to BREEAM International NC 2016. It is worth adding that this project includes, among others: revitalization of historic buildings belonging to the former K.W. factory Scheibler, so even more demanding.
