On October 9, 2025, a ceremony was held at the Proxima New Theatre to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Association of Home and Apartment Builders, an organization that has been significantly influencing the shaping of space and the development of the development industry for two decades.
The event was attended by representatives of city authorities, architects, developers, and individuals long involved in the development of the housing market.
The anniversary program was divided into two parts. The first part recalled the most important events and initiatives of the Association over the past 20 years, supported by commemorative photographs and commentary.
An interesting part of the program was a demonstration of how the Association’s members have transformed Krakow over the past 20 years from post-industrial, degraded sites or forgotten wastelands into beautiful housing estates and new residential quarters.

It is a great satisfaction for us that our projects were included among the examples symbolizing the positive urban and architectural transformations in Krakow.
The anniversary was also an opportunity to reflect on the direction of development of the housing market, from summaries of the last two decades to an expert discussion on the future of Polish construction.
