On 19.03.2015, on behalf of the entire design team, we handed over the multi-discipline documentation of the construction project to RCA Malopolska – the investor of the building complex of the new Marshal’s City Hall. The project was then audited by an external company and received a very positive recommendation. Two weeks later, the documentation, along with an application for a building permit decision, was submitted to the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the City of Krakow.
We would like to thank the entire project team – Małeccy Biuro Projektowe, CEGroup, TWE Electric, M.Matoga Konstrukcje Budowlane, DA Projekt, LandArch, Studio Profil and Visio Architects&Consultants – for their work on the PB documentation. Now it’s time for the detailed design.
The report for the multi-criteria BREEAM environmental certification for the Marshall City Hall Building Complex is also nearing completion. The report, prepared by Grontmij, confirms that the building will receive 74 points – that is, certification at the Excellent level !
