Another publication about the Ericpol office building in Lodz in the latest August issue of Architektura-Murator monthly. In the article you can read a statement by Bartłomiej Kisielewski, partner of Horizone Studio office, who talks about the author’s assumptions and the whole project.
The building stood on the site of the former palace garden of Karol Schreiber, one of Lodz’s largest industrialists. The architects recreated this premise in a contemporary form, making the greenery project an essential element of the investment.
The January issue of Architektura-Murator (01’2015) published an article by Horizone Studio designers describing the design and implementation of the Ericpol Software Pool office building in Lodz, Poland. The article is illustrated with many photos from the implementation stage and reveals the behind-the-scenes of the project’s creation and tells about the realization.
The five-page text appeared in the “Workshop” section, which is intended to be an account by designers of the design and construction process of the most interesting buildings in Poland (previous issues of this section featured such buildings as the National Stadium in Warsaw, Prosta Tower, the expansion of the Raczynski Library, the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, the New Silesian Museum, the Kantor Museum in Krakow, the Szczecin Philharmonic, the Shakespeare Theater in Gdansk or the International Congress Center in Katowice).
