“We have been cooperating with Horizone Studio for almost ten years and we keep coming back to them with subsequent investment projects. The largest jointly implemented projects are the Textorial Park II office and service complex project in Księży Młyn in Łódź and the SILO ecological district in Jaworzno. Textorial Park II received the BREEAM Excellent certificate and at the time of certification it was the highest rated office facility in Poland according to BREEAM International NC 2016. It is worth adding that this project includes, among others: revitalization of historic buildings belonging to the former K.W. factory Scheibler, so even more demanding.
